Pumpkin Stovetop Oatmeal!

Stovetop oats are the superior oats but they do take more time. Most mornings when I have oatmeal, it’s overnight oats because they’re definitely easier! But if you have a little extra time, make them this way

(makes 2 servings so you could save half or share)
Heat a small pan over medium heat, add:
1 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Let the oats and milk heat until it’s bubbling a little bit then add it the rest of the ingredients:
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp maple syrup
Mix it all together and then let it cook for 8-10 more minutes over low medium heat. Topped 1/2 the oats with:
1/2 caramelized banana, 1 tsp melted organic Pb, 1 small scoop pumpkin.
